Refund Policy

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty, we will refund the payment back to you (You need to send us the evidence by sending us an email with a photo or video attached). Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item if you wish to refund.
If you receive an item that is wrong in size, color or item, please email us with a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 24 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.
We can only refund the payment for you if it falls under the below criteria :
1. Item are faulty - Damaged/Broken or Soiled upon arrival.
2. Wrong item - size, style, and color
3. Parcels that are lost in transit.
4. Measurements are provided on each product's description. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item does not fit you.
NOTE : Please ensure that all information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
How do I return a product?
If the item you have bought does not suit you for some reason, you can return it within 14 days following the delivery date.

HOME FIT LIVE does not bear the shipping fee of returning the goods. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 days or more to reach us. If you return a product without the return form, the refund may take longer. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and in their original branded packaging will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes, Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the refund reflects on the customer's bank account.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a placement or refund.
Note : Our team will inspect/ verify the photo(s) before we issue out a placement or refund. HOME FIT LIVE reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
